Photo and Video Release Statement

By submitting an application to participate in Jeanette's live recording of PowerTalks and workshop, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I grant permission to Jeanette and her team to photograph, record video footage, and/or audio recordings of me during the live recording of the PowerTalks and workshop. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, marketing materials, and future workshops or events hosted by Jeanette.

I hereby release Jeanette, her team, and any associated parties from any liability or claims arising from the use of these materials. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my likeness, voice, or participation in the recorded materials.

By submitting my application to participate, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this release statement and agree to its terms.
